Keith L. Hancock is currently Of Counsel at the law firm of RileyCate, LLC, and practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, criminal law, employment law, personal injury, expungements, and specialized driving privileges.
Keith grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2006. He graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and History and he received his law degree from Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2006. Mr. Hancock was a founding Member of Barker Hancock & Cohron, LLC, and was also previously employed by Campbell Kyle Proffitt, LLP. Prior to that, his employment experiences include Deputy Prosecutor and Deputy Public Defender in Marion County, Indiana, Solo Practitioner at Keith Hancock Law, LLC, and associate attorney at a Hollingsworth & Zivitz, P.C.
He is currently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association, and Indianapolis Bar Association. He is also currently a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Section and was the Chair of the Section in 2016. He also serves as pro bono volunteer for the Indianapolis Bar Association and occasionally sits as Judge Pro Tem in Marion County and Hamilton County Courts.
